This Nite Dawg Spotlit from puplife replaces one I had for over a year. The design has changed or this unit is defective in that it will stay on, lit for about 30 seconds. Then it turns its self off. Not satisfactory at all.

THE DOGS LIGHT THE WAY WHEN WE WALK AT NIGHT, IT KEEPS US ALL SAFE

I am extremely pleased with the performance of this product. I use it exclusively for my dog to wear while he’s running around my backyard at night. I bought the one with the red light LED and it shines bright enough to see from a very far distance, not to mention the blinking feature is a nice touch to locate the dog even easier. If you’re looking for a dog light – this is your product.

When I ordered this product, I knew there would be problems turning it off and with battery placement,so I was prepared.
The batteries did arrive upside down and the light worked for a moment before running out of juice.
It was very frustrating because were looking forward to using this on our dog’s collar for evening walks in the desert.
I will look for another prodcut.

Good light, looks nice, but it was a little tricky to get out of test mode – - – had to actually read the instructions on how to turn on a light! And it is a little hard to press.
I would definitely recommend the Spike brand blinking collar over this for night time safety, because you can see it from any angle on the dog, whereas a hanging light is sometimes blocked from view . . .Spike Lighted Dog Collar – Yellow – Medium/Large
